Meet the team behind this journey
As a Working Student in our Performance Marketing team, you will support our team in various aspects of digital advertising, from campaign setup and management to optimisation and reporting. You will have the chance to work on paid search, display advertising, social media campaigns, and other digital marketing channels, contributing to driving key business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the creation, management, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
Support with day-to-day operations such as keyword research
Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations on how to improve campaign effectiveness and ROAS.
Assist with testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field).
Strong interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, and online advertising.
Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Basic SQL experience and/or knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English and German
