As a People Operations Specialist you will support day-to-day People Operation functions across the entire employee lifecycle, by optimising processes and protocols.

- Support and improve HR administration: workflows, contracts, certifications, and digital records
- Ensure accuate monthly payroll in collaboration with our internal software and team
- Serve as key contact for authorities, insurance providers, and tax advisors on daily topics
- Maintain and optimize HR systems and tools including Personio, DEEL
- Collaborate with external legal teams to review and implement policy updates as required
The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience
- First experience in operational HR, with strong payroll and admin focus
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of German labor law, social security, and payroll tax regulations
- Fluent in German (C1+) and English (C1), written and spoken
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a passion for process improvement
