About the role
We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Operations team for at least 12 months. You’ll work side by side with the Operations Manager and play a key role in keeping our company running smoothly, from driving company-wide initiatives to shaping how we communicate and collaborate.
This is not just an admin job. It’s a chance to learn how a business truly operates from the inside out, gain exposure to leadership topics, and contribute to projects that make a visible difference across the company. Your daily business will involve
- Make an impact on company-wide initiatives: support cross-functional projects that touch all teams
- Bring people together: assist in planning and coordinating internal events, workshops, and offsites
- Shape communication: prepare presentations, surveys, and updates for All Hands and leadership communication
- Drive efficiency: help optimize operational processes across teams and suggest improvements
- Explore & innovate: test and implement new tools, AI solutions, and automation ideas that improve the way we work
- Be the go-to support: provide hands-on assistance to the Operations Manager in both daily and strategic tasks
Your profile
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields)
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a strong advantage
- Excellent digital/tool skills – quick to learn, curious to test new tools, and eager to bring in innovative improvements
- Structured and proactive working style with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus)
- Hands-on mentality, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack, Microsoft 365, Jira) is a plus
