About Rivia
Rivia is a clinical trial intelligence platform for biotech clinical trials. Specializing in AI-Driven Analytics and Data Infrastructure, it helps biopharma understand which patients benefit most from new therapies. Biopharmas are the origin of most new therapies, yet often face inefficiencies and failures in clinical trials due to fragmented data and outdated tools. Our technology offers a real-time, integrated view of data to improve the evaluation of new treatments and trial conduct. Our vision is to become the unified data infrastructure that transforms clinical development lifecycles, bringing new therapies to market more successfully.
The Role
As Rivia’s first dedicated marketing growth hire, you’ll be the engine behind our content and communication. Working closely with the founders, you’ll help us reach more biotech leaders by creating content that informs, engages, and generates leads. This is a hands-on role where you’ll write, post, and measure: building a repeatable growth engine from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Create and publish content across Rivia’s channels (blog, LinkedIn, news updates, email).
- Own the content calendar: create, schedule, and deliver consistent campaigns.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and external stakeholders to turn strategy into clear messaging.
- Track performance (followers, engagement, inbound leads) and suggest improvements.
- Experiment with new formats (short video, visuals, interviews) to keep content fresh.
What Excites Us

- Highly proficient in English.
- 2–5 years of marketing or content experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or life sciences.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset — comfortable taking ownership in a small, fast-moving team.
- Familiarity with social media and digital tools (LinkedIn, CMS, GenAI content generation tools, light design).
- Curious to learn about biotech, clinical trials, and the people we serve.
