We are looking for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator who is resilient, persistent, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring smooth logistics execution and handling customer service issues with a proactive mindset. This role requires someone who is system- and data-driven, with a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
- Act as a point of contact for customer service issues related to logistics and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Support process alignment and documentation across logistics workflows.
- Assist in small-scale project coordination.
- Work with systems and data to ensure accurate inventory and order tracking, cleaning and maintaining Data accuracy for logistic based on data extraction
- Is capable of monitoring warehouse operations and proposing corrective actions to ensure SOPs and WOIs are executed correctly.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain within retail, e-commerce, or FMCG.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Resilience and persistence in navigating ambiguity and change.
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and basic reporting tools.
- Experience dealing with customer service issues related to logistics.
- Basic project coordination skills—able to manage timelines and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English C1; other languages are a plus.
