At Taktile, we believe in the power of new media in B2B SaaS. It’s not just Forbes or Gartner or The Times anymore that shape mindshare. It’s about owning and driving your narrative on new media channels. By new media, we mean media created, frequented, and moderated by users - think blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and of course social media. This includes most owned media: platforms where you can publish your own story directly.
We are hiring a Head of Media to drive the company’s narrative across these channels.
This is not corporate comms. It’s about creating moments that matter, and building a following that shifts industries.

What you’ll do
Create and drive a strategy and execute content and campaigns in various formats (text, video, audio, events, speeches, panels, etc.) across new media channels (newsletter, podcast, youtube, social media, blog, conferences, etc.) in line with Taktile’s target audience (financial services leaders and future Taktile hires)
Spot relevant cultural moments and jump on them before anyone else
Turn complex ideas (AI, fintech, risk) into creative and exciting content people actually want to read and - in particular - share with others
Push the CEO to publish his own personal perspectives and experiences in his own voice
Co-create broader stories with the CEO, at times amplifying through the CEO’s channels together
Write, film, post, experiment, and track what works, then double down
Who you are
Extremely online. You understand platforms, culture, memes, and movements
A sharp storyteller who can make the complex simple and the simple unforgettable
Obsessed with long-term impact and reach, not short-term vanity metrics
You have creativity, hustle, boldness, and virality instincts in the media realm
You’ve gone viral - for yourself or others on any social platform
