As an HR Operations Specialist (V.I.E), you will play a pivotal role in supporting our APAC operations, working closely with the Local HR Operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in all facets of HR within a high-growth, international company at the heart of a growing industry.

What you will be doing
- Assist in managing the full employee lifecycle in APAC, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records administration.
- Maintain accurate our global HR tools and data, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Support APAC payroll accuracy and benefits administration in close collaboration with Finance.
- Handle office management responsibilities and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations at the Singapore office.
- Partner with IT and local stakeholders to deliver a seamless onboarding experience, including logistics and workplace setup for our Singapore office.
- Serve as the go-to expert for employee mobility, supporting new hires, internal transfers with immigration and visa processes globally and contributing to entity expansion or new office openings.
- Collaborate on global HR projects, policies and employee engagement initiatives, at both regional and global levels.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process for the APAC region.
- Foster relationships with local authorities and senior stakeholders to support compliance, smooth transitions, and employee engagement for the Singapore office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in financial services or tech is a plus.
- Prior international or cross-cultural experience is ideal.
