About The Team
The Marketing Analytics team is key for Vestiaire Collective to continue driving marketing performance which will be a necessary driver of Vestiaire Collective’s global growth. You will be part of a team that works cross functionally with branding, performance marketing, business performance, CRM, product, analytics engineering, and senior leadership to drive our business forward.
About the role 🖥️
As a Marketing Data Analyst you’ll be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Analytics and be exposed to Marketing senior leadership. You’ll use your quantitative background to guide decision-making and drive marketing budget allocation decisions.. We solve many exciting challenges including customer acquisition, customer activation and retention as well as media mix modeling, marketing attribution and experimentation If you enjoy building marketing measurement assets to test and learn to optimize marketing performance and customer LTV, we’re looking for someone like you!

What you will do 👜- Build quantitative analysis using advanced modeling techniques (bayesian inference, time series modeling etc.) and packages (Meridian, Prophet, Scikit learn etc.) to provide insights that help marketing business leaders understand marketing performance and give actionable recommendations on the best marketing mix to apply
- Build and maintain dashboards used by different teams (Social, Influence, Performance Marketing etc.)
- Measure the impact of Branding campaigns on both traffic and customer acquisition
- Define strategies to improve both the marketing effectiveness and efficiency of media performance
- Build full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or other scripting and statistical tools
Who you are ⭐- You bring 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, consulting, finance, agency, or other quantitative roles.
- You have an advanced degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or Digital Marketing.
- You're curious, structured, and a self-starter—able to navigate ambiguity, build relationships with stakeholders, and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- You have hands-on experience in marketing performance measurement, including marketing mix modeling (MMM), attribution modeling, and experimentation/A/B testing.
- You're proficient in Excel and SQL, and experienced with at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
- You’re familiar with ETL processes, statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression), and packages/tools like Scikit Learn, Prophet, Robyn, or similar.
- Python coding experience is a plus.
- You're a team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, and you're always eager to learn and grow.
- You are fluent in English
