Flux Auto was founded in 2017 with the goal of democratizing autonomous vehicle technology and bringing its benefits to vehicles - new and old - around the world. We

Responsibilities :
Project Coordination & Planning:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
Scrum Facilitation:
- Assist teams in adopting Scrum practices.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth collaboration.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a bridge between project teams and leadership.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Scrum principles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
Proficiency in project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
