Role Overview
Drive Ravio's brand awareness through strategic content distribution, localisation, social media coordination, and campaign ownership. Build relationships with industry experts, repurpose content across channels, and deliver measurable brand awareness results.
Key Responsibilities
Content distribution & local influencer activation
Distribute content through multiple channels in core European markets
Secure sponsorships, podcast features, and conference opportunities
Build relationships with HR influencers and industry experts
Track performance metrics and manage distribution budgets
Quarterly campaign ownership
Execute marketing campaigns across European markets
Develop campaign plans with objectives, tactics, timelines, and metrics
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal/external partners
Monitor performance and conduct post-campaign analysis
Content Localisation
Lead localisation strategy across core European markets
Adapt existing content for specific markets
Manage network of local HR experts for market-specific content
Analyse performance to improve effectiveness
Qualifications
Required
2-4 years B2B marketing experience (HR tech/SaaS preferred)
Experience in content distribution, influencer activation, and campaign coordination
Strong project management and communication skills
Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
Preferred
Additional European language proficiency
HR technology experience
European HR landscape knowledge
Content localisation experience
Marketing analytics familiarity
Compensation & Benefits
£45,000 - £65,000
