We’re looking for a Sales Trainer to partner closely with our Sales Enablement Manager and help shape a world-class sales training and development engine. This is your chance to play a key role in onboarding, training, and empowering a high-performing global sales team—making a real impact on conversion rates and team ramp-up times.
How you will make a difference:
- Collaborate with the GEO Sales Enablement Manager to design, deliver, and continuously improve targeted training programs for sales roles.
- Drive a seamless onboarding experience for new sales hires, helping them ramp up faster and contribute sooner.
- Ensure 100% adoption of all sales enablement tools by delivering clear, impactful guidance and support.
- Coordinate impactful training sessions for new product features and releases to keep our sales teams ahead of the curve.
- Review sales calls to uncover coaching opportunities and provide actionable feedback to leadership - turning insights into improved conversion rates.
- Own and manage all key sales documentation, from playbooks to one-pagers, ensuring materials are accurate, engaging, and up to date.
- Build and manage a dynamic enablement calendar and roadmap, keeping the team aligned and energised.
- Be ready to travel when required, connecting with teams and delivering training in-person where it counts most.
What will make you stand out:
- Previous experience in a quota carrying sales role - you understand what great selling looks like.
- Experience with sales enablement and L&D platforms? That’s a big plus.
- A self-starter attitude and a passion for sales enablement, learning, and development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, you can inspire, inform, and influence.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to juggle multiple projects like a pro.
- Skilled at creating clean, professional-level documentation.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
