Our product tribe is looking for a Senior Growth Analyst with experience in B2B growth and product analytics. This role is at the core of our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion, driving acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion while balancing self-serve vs. sales-assisted conversion paths.
Your responsibilities
Optimizing Growth & Self-Serve Motion: Design and refine activation, retention, and expansion to drive engagement and monetization. Leverage cohort analysis to identify behaviors that signal product fit, and shape the self-serve experience with smart upgrade triggers.
Acquisition & Signup Funnel Analytics: Develop scalable, sustainable growth loops and evaluate acquisition performance through multi-touch attribution. Use lead scoring and predictive modeling to prioritize high-value users and streamline conversion paths
Scaling a Data-Driven Growth Motion: Build and communicate actionable insights from dashboards that track growth KPIs. Integrate data across platforms and collaborate cross-functionally to align growth, product, and marketing strategies.
About you
We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:
Previous Growth Analyst experience in a B2B product company, with solid understanding of growth levers, funnel metrics, customer behavior analytics and have contributed to a PLG motion.
SQL and Python skills, with experience in building reporting and measurement frameworks for growth loops, performing regression and correlation analyses.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, or Metabase. Experience with GA4, GTM, Google Ads, and other paid channels.
Fluent in English.
In addition, here are the skills and attributes we are looking for:
Impact focused: You constantly ask what will move the needle most and direct your energy toward it. You prioritize actions that create measurable business impact and make clear trade-offs when needed to avoid distractions.
Product-Growth DNA & Strategic Thinker – You have experience working in growth teams with a strong product focus and understand how self-serve motions scale by applying frameworks like growth loops. You can effectively evaluate competing opportunities, articulate investment decisions, and prioritize initiatives that drive sustainable growth.
Data-Driven & Cross-Functional Communicator – You can turn complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively across engineering, product, marketing, and leadership teams. You bridge technical analytics with business strategy, ensuring that data-driven decisions are accessible and impactful across the organization.
Self-Starter & Execution-Focused – You thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment and take ownership of initiatives from idea to execution. You proactively identify opportunities, solve problems, and push growth projects forward with a bias for action and impact.
