Contextual and Interactive WalkThroughs inside enterprise applications when a task is being
Performed. We provide enterprises with a Software Platform that allows them to create Interactive Guides or Flows that sit as an overlay inside any web application. Flows are Contextual—they appear based
on where you are in the application (location) and who you are (role). Optimal performance and
adoption of any web application are attained when there is easy access to Contextual Information
inside the application when a task is being performed.
What you'll get to do?
We are looking for a Digital Adoption Program Manager to join our fast-growing Digital Adoption team and lead the product delivery efforts.
DAPM Services:
Based on the Customer’s requirement and applicability, Whatfix shall provide the Customer with the help of an assigned resource, hereinafter referred to as “Digital Adoption Program Manager” or “DAPM,” responsible for providing the following services and support (“DAPM Services”):
Customer representatives and DAPM shall work together to define and coordinate a productive engagement model for the Customer. DAPM shall provide Whatfix expertise to perform one or all of the activities below.
I. Define the Whatfix implementation scope and timelines and plan activities across multiple applications.
II. Drive the project and program governance meetings with a clear agenda.
III. Identify potential risks, technical challenges, and dependencies. Coordinate with the customer team to drive them to resolution.
IV. Document all the project-related details (Scope, Stakeholders, Project Plan, Meeting notes) and enable the champions from the customer side.
V. Define the process for handling new requirements, enhancements, and bug fixes by the Whatfix Digital Adoption Assistant (DAA).
VI. Contribute to the long-term roadmap of Whatfix implementation by identifying the key objectives at the organization level at a specific application level. Involve the right stakeholders from Whatfix and the customer team to set the success metrics and milestones to achieve and review them periodically with the customer.
VII. Proactively understand the feedback from the customer program team and take measures to improve engagement.
VIII. Identify and engage with the champions of each application, and assist them in forming the CoE group for Digital Adoption.
Availability:
1. The DAPM is available 5*8 (5 days, 8 hours a day for 40 hours per week) on all business days (excluding permitted leaves and public holidays).
2. DAPM work hours will be from 5.30 PM - 2.30 AM IST.
3. Any queries received on government holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be collected. However, due action shall be taken only on the next business day
4. If the DAPM resigns and leaves the company, Whatfix will provide another resource within fivedays of the last working day of the DAPM.
5. DAPM may use up to 15 hours per quarter for training & upskilling.
6. We will assign a DAPM within three weeks from the contract signing date.
7. DAPM hours are non-transferable and cannot be rolled over at the end of the yearly subscription. If the customer does not use the weekly DAA hours, it will be considered as consumed.
Work timings for this role is North America time zone ie 5.30 PM - 2.30 AM
