The platform team at Whatfix builds reliable and secure services to serve both internal and external customers needs. We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex problems that are broad based and spans multiple products. If you are a champion of platform enterprise readiness, reliability and data privacy then this is the role for you. You will be part of a close-knit motivated team of rock stars both on the engineering and Go to Market (GTM) side.
What do you get to do?
- Gain deep understanding of enterprise platform needs that will enable them to onboard faster
- Build a strategy for and deliver on platform capabilities driving the success of the platform that will be used by both internal and external customers
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that is aligned with stakeholders adapting to customer and market needs.
- Translate product roadmap and plans into detailed requirements identifying the “end state”, breaking down them into “iterations” by working with target customers & development teams with a bias towards faster time to market
- Ability to stack rank stories with effective balance of customer benefit/value, applicability to broader target market and utilisation of development resources
- Build consensus across stakeholders - Customer, Customer Success, GTM and engineering clearly articulating the product decisions and choices
- Drive product launches working with product marketing, engineering and sales
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding for both internal and external stakeholders
- Inspiring and energising development teams for the betterment of our customers
What do you need to have?
Must Have
- Must have 2+ years of experience product development experience
- 3+ years experience as a Technical Product Manager in B2B/Enterprise market
- Technical know-how and domain knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Operational expertise in complex deployments, including defining, measuring, and monitoring SLAs toward reliability goals.
- Experience taking decisions based on validated learning, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Envisioned and delivered platform services both internally and externally at the enterprise scale.
- Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC compliances, and what it means to stay conformant.
- Experience building products and services to accelerate internal engineering teams.
- Comfortable conducting customer interviews remotely or in person and have deep empathy with customer workflows & pain points
