Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead strategic engagements with C-Level executives in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. The role will focus on driving growth through consultative selling of Credit Bureau services, data analytics solutions, fraud prevention tools, technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and strategic account management for BFSI clients across the West region.
- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand and fulfill their credit bureau, fraud, analytics, and technology needs.
- Drive consistent revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new account acquisition.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through effective consultative selling practices.
- Expand wallet share in key accounts; credited with driving 8x growth and activating dormant accounts.
- Provide insights and strategies to senior management on evolving RBI regulations and market dynamics.
- Deliver customized data and analytics solutions to support clients’ credit decisioning processes.
- Execute end-to-end account servicing including onboarding, project implementation, receivables management, and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with internal technology, product, and analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Strengthen client engagement and increase brand visibility through industry thought leadership and solution-driven approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within BFSI, fintech, or analytics domains.
- Strong understanding of credit bureau services, SaaS models, and data analytics solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving exponential growth in key accounts.
- Experience working with regulatory frameworks and RBI compliance in the credit industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience working with or selling to banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, or fintechs.
- Knowledge of fraud management solutions and credit risk analytics.
- Exposure to managing enterprise-level technology projects.
