Khazna launched in 2020 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial team with data-driven insights, streamlined reporting, and process improvements.
- Help drive better decision-making, track performance, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
- Be the main contact for all commercial analysis needs.
- Coordinate with teams like Finance, Product, and Strategy to align on goals and resolve blockers.
- Collect and analyze data to support strategic decisions.
- Build reports, business cases, and performance reviews that highlight key insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and use tools to improve reporting.
- Track sales and account acquisition performance.
- Spot trends, identify issues, and suggest improvements.
- Share regular reports with leadership.
- Create and manage dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Make sure data is clear, accurate, and easy to use for different teams.
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows.
- Use tools like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, BigQuery, and Metabase to automate tasks and reduce manual work.
- Track meeting follow-ups and support with planning and presentations.
- Help keep team operations organized and running smoothly.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- From 3 to 5 years in a similar role (business analysis, commercial operations, or data analytics).
- Experience in fast-paced or tech environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, SQL (BigQuery), and Metabase.
- Good understanding of commercial metrics and business operations.
- Experience improving processes and building dashboards.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
