At Moss, we give finance professionals the power to automate their day-to-day and make forward-thinking decisions.
Our team and culture make us unique — we’re driven by impact and growth, where every one of us strives to learn and excel. Recognised by Sifted’s Rising 100 and LinkedIn's Top Startups, we’re here to help propel your career and together, make Moss a lasting success.
We are looking for a (Head of/) Director of Pricing (f/m/d) to lead our company-wide pricing strategy and operations. This role will be critical in shaping the way Moss monetizes its multi-product platform across diverse customer segments, channels, and geographies. You will own our pricing architecture — from packaging design and incentive models to system integration and governance
As a strategic leader within the Commercial function, reporting into our VP Revenue Operations, you’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to balance customer value, product adoption, and revenue growth across Moss’ SaaS and Financial Services offerings.
Your responsibilities
As Director of Pricing, you will in particular work on the following topics:
Develop and execute pricing & packaging strategies across Moss’ product lines, aligning monetization with product value, customer segments, and market trends to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Own and optimize Moss’ pricing models and tooling, including technical pricing components like freemium and cashback, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and RevOps.
Design and govern incentive models, balancing acquisition and retention goals with unit economics through scalable frameworks and automated systems (e.g. Salesforce).
Enable cross-functional alignment and implementation, ensuring pricing strategy is embedded in product, GTM, and commercial systems with clear governance and compliance standards.
Continuously test and analyse pricing impact, providing strategic insights and proactive recommendations to leadership on pricing efficiency, competitive positioning, and revenue opportunities.
About you
We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:
Proven track record shaping pricing or monetization strategies in B2B SaaS or FinTech — ideally including both strategic design and hands-on implementation
Confidence working with pricing tools and systems (e.g. Salesforce, OneFlow), and turning pricing concepts into scalable, compliant processes
A collaborative, data-driven approach — you're comfortable influencing across Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering using insight and empathy
In addition, here are the skills and attributes we are looking for:
Pricing Strategist - you are deeply fluent in pricing strategy across SaaS and financial services models. You translate customer behavior, market dynamics, and product value into effective monetization architecture — from segmented pricing to freemium design. You test and evolve pricing frameworks that align commercial success with long-term customer value.
Cross-Functional Leader - you lead complex pricing initiatives by aligning diverse stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Executive leadership. You build trust through expertise, data, and strategic clarity — navigating differing priorities to drive monetization decisions forward at speed and scale.
Proactive Executor - you own pricing from vision to execution. Whether rolling out infrastructure updates, implementing cashback models, or closing governance gaps, you operate independently and hands-on. You move with urgency in ambiguous settings, balancing short-term enablement with long-term infrastructure maturity.
Analytical Thinker - you leverage experimentation, data, and structured problem-solving to unlock pricing impact. You analyse behaviour, revenue trends, and market signals to surface insights — using rigorous testing to optimize pricing models and maximize monetization outcomes.
Influential Communicator -you convert complexity into clarity — translating technical pricing logic, customer insights, and monetization trade-offs into compelling narratives for Product, Sales, Engineering, and Executive audiences. You tailor your message to drive alignment, action, and accountability across levels.
