We’re looking for a RevOps Manager to join us at the heart of our revenue machine building the systems, data infrastructure, and processes that power our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. If you’re obsessed with turning complexity into clarity, love getting your hands dirty in a growing tech stack, and want to be a true strategic partner in scaling revenue, this role is for you.

Your impact
What You’ll Own
Own & Optimize the Revenue Funnel
You’ll bring full visibility to our funnel from first touch to renewal. That means building dashboards, uncovering friction points, and driving conversion through process design and data-led decisions.
Empower GTM Execution
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and CS leadership to align on handoffs, define SLAs, and operationalize campaigns. You’re the person who makes things flow across functions.
Lead Our GTM Tooling Strategy
Own and evolve our go-to-market tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc). You’ll manage integrations, user adoption, and continuously explore new tools and AI-powered capabilities to improve outcomes.
Deliver Forecasting & Insights That Drive Decisions
From pipeline health to performance trends, you’ll ensure we have the right insights at the right time. Work cross-functionally with Finance and GTM leaders to keep forecasts accurate and decisions sharp.
Champion Data Integrity & Governance
Clean, consistent, and well-documented data is your mantra. You’ll create and uphold data standards that allow us to trust what we see — and act faster.
Drive Strategic Revenue Projects
Support planning around pricing, lead scoring, territories, and capacity modeling. Help operationalize comp plans and drive the GTM operating rhythm (QBRs, board decks, and more).
Deal Desk Support
Help accelerate deals with streamlined pricing approvals, contract workflows, and real-time collaboration with Sales leadership to reduce bottlenecks and friction.

You'll work closely with:
Your profile
Bring significant experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy roles in B2B SaaS within a startup business
Know your way around Salesforce and HubSpot like the back of your hand
Think in systems, love fixing broken processes, and bring a builder mindset
Are fluent in pipeline, conversion, and forecasting models
Love cross-functional work and can translate business needs into clean, scalable solutions
Have a sharp eye for data and the storytelling instincts to turn it into action
