Join our Payment Operations team at Moss as a (Senior) Card Operations Analyst (f/m/d)!
Our Payment Operations team handles all our payments processes, guaranteeing a seamless and efficient experience for our customers across various countries. As part of this team, you will have a strong focus on our cards business, work closely with stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation and become an expert in card payment infrastructure.
Your responsibilities
No day is the same at Moss, but here’s an idea of what you could be doing day-to-day:
Investigate card transaction issues: Act as the first point of contact for identifying, investigating and resolving card transaction issues
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders (card processor, schemes, merchants and acquirers) throughout your investigations
Manage card payment failures: Leverage data analysis to identify trends and root causes of card declines to reduce failure rates and improve customer experience
Own processes and support product improvements: Maintain and improve operational processes and documentation related to card operations, and support testing and rollout of new features, workflows and initiatives in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
Prepare reports: Be responsible for timely and accurate Mastercard, Apple Pay/Google Pay reporting
Manage card stock: Oversee and manage our physical card inventory, ensuring accurate stock reporting and efficient stock management
About you
We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:
Prior experience in card operations, payments or financial operations
Proficiency in SQL
Strong communication skills in English (C1), knowledge of German is a plus
