The Role
As the Event Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be reporting to Brooke Eder, Global Events Lead.
Cloudsmith is in hyper-growth mode, and we are taking our event and field marketing function to the next level in 2025! With a bigger budget and even bolder ambitions, we are looking for a rockstar Event Marketing Coordinator to help us expand our global footprint, drive impact through strategic events, and meet our aggressive growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Global Events Lead with larger trade show operations, including coordinating travel, shipping, printing, procurement, and post-event budget reconciliation
Own execution of UK and EMEA-based community and field events: manage timelines, logistics, team travel, and sponsor activations
Work closely with the Growth teams to align field marketing efforts with sales goals
Drive cross-functional coordination with campaigns, product marketing, and PR for event alignment
Support the creation and rollout of event communication plans
Analyze performance metrics and compile post-event reports to guide future strategy
Coordinate the development of branded print and digital event materials
Required Experience, Qualities & Skills
This role is ideal for someone who:
Has 1–3 years of event experience, especially across field marketing or trade shows, with the desire to learn more
Is excited by the idea of building the plane as they fly it—comfortable in ambiguity, energized by growth
Has a proactive, self-starter attitude and thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Has experience juggling multiple complex projects and stakeholders with precision and calm
Is detail-oriented and data-driven, and naturally plans ahead
Availability and excitement for domestic and international travel to lead on-site events
Brings familiarity with tools like HubSpot, GSuite, Slack, and Notion
Has experience managing vendors (hotels, AV, production, etc.) and keeping show budgets on track
Has experience in startups, agencies, or nonprofits where scrappiness is a superpower
Bonus points for B2B SaaS exposure or a background in field marketing
