We're on a mission to change the way businesses make decisions with our cutting-edge AI technology. To achieve that, we’re looking for passionate people to join our open and unconventional workplace. Our inclusive environment welcomes skills and experiences from diverse backgrounds, and defines who we are.
About the role - What’s your purpose?
Signal AI, the AI-powered platform for corporate reputation, is looking for a Senior Insights Analyst with a strategic edge, capable of writing insightful reports for corporate comms and risk management.
In this pivotal role, you will help our CEO and C-suite clients at Fortune 500 companies measure and improve their companies’ reputation and watch out for risks. You’ll turn our first-of-its-kind Reputation platform—which quantifies the reputation of hundreds of companies—into storytelling and reports that make corporations smarter and decisions easier. Your job is not to build Python scripts; it is to analyze what factors are driving corporate reputation and contextualise the “why” behind the data.
You’ll access our proprietary scoring engine, uncover the “signal in the noise” to explain those scores, and write insights reports for senior executives. It’s the perfect opportunity for people who love diving into the data, understand the exciting stories to tell, and know how to present them with wit and personality. You’ll operate like a hybrid between a data journalist from Axios and a strategy consultant from McKinsey.
Who are we looking for?
You’ve spent the last few years of your career in a research, analytics, and/or strategy function, preferably at an agency or consultancy.
You love transforming data into strategic insights and presenting your findings.
You have strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
You know how to visualise and lay out data that tells an impactful story.
You want to work on the next wave of insights, using transformational AI technology to drive business intelligence forward.
You’re hungry to be part of a fast-growing company that values innovation and initiative.
You have a global outlook and sensitivity to how media and culture intersect with corporate reputation and risks.
Must-have skills:
Passion for and experience diving into the data: You enjoy looking for the data points that tell stories executives don’t already know.
Curiosity and an analytical mind: We’ll provide you with the most advanced analytics suite to make sense of millions of data points - we don’t need you to build the data system - but we need you to have an eye for the right data points and where to dig deeper.
Excel and data skills to “slice and dice” the data into your own pivot views.
Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to take an ambiguous ask and break down how to answer it
Strong storytelling skills
A keen sense for copywriting to help editorialize and “TL;DR” your research into business insights for C-Suite leaders.
A keen sense for data visualization using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
Strong presentation skills and presence: experience and confidence presenting your work to senior stakeholders within your organization and preferably to clients.
Demonstrable ability to work independently and proactively
Strong prioritization and project management skills across multiple projects and deadlines, with the ability to manage expectations
A collaborative spirit: Able to work well with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Sales or Product
Preferred skills:
Academic background and/or experience in the Financial Services sector.
Experience in PR analytics and strategic recommendations - particularly in comms agencies, either as a strategist or working closely with a strategist.
Client-facing experience
Familiarity with industry-standard social listening/media monitoring tools. such as Tableau, Looker, Meltwater, or Brandwatch

We're dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where every Signaller feels welcomed, valued, and heard—a place where you can truly thrive as yourself.
