The Role
We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and self-starting Social Media & Marketing Manager, based in London, with experience across social media management, campaign organisation, and content creation. You will take full ownership of our social presence and marketing campaigns — devising strategies, driving execution, and delivering measurable results. Your work will directly support our growth by attracting new clients and expanding trading activity, while also strengthening brand visibility, community engagement, and influencer partnerships. You will be responsible for why we are creating, where we are placing content, and how it ties into and achieves business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Own and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality output across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Create and oversee engaging content — including short-form videos, graphics, memes, and posts — tailored to different audiences.
- Proactively identify and capitalise on emerging social media trends
- Monitor conversations, track sentiment, and actively engage with communities to build trust and loyalty.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Devise, lead, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for product launches and key milestones, driving client acquisition and sign-ups.
- Adapt campaigns to each platform while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
- Deliver on campaign KPIs from concept to post-campaign analysis, providing clear insights and recommendations.
Influencer & Community Engagement
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to amplify campaigns and reach new audiences, with a focus on driving client acquisition.
- Build and nurture relationships with key voices in the crypto and financial sectors.
- Plan and support AMAs, webinars, and other community-focused events.
Content & Writing
- Write and edit articles, blogs and other content to support brand awareness, education, and client acquisition.
- Ensure written content complements and strengthens wider campaign activity.
Analytics & Reporting
- Define and track KPIs for all campaigns and channels, including engagement, growth, conversions, and sign-ups, driving conversion and trading volume growth.
- Deliver regular reports with actionable insights to optimise strategies and marketing ROI.
- Benchmark competitors and stay ahead of emerging social and digital trends.
General Marketing Support
- Contribute to event organisation, branding initiatives, and design coordination.
- Support wider marketing and operational projects as required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or campaign management (ideally in fintech, crypto, or financial services).
- Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record in social media management, campaign organisation, and content creation.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media culture, trends, and design.
- Familiarity with video editing, Canva/Adobe Suite, or similar tools (desirable).
- Confident in defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs to demonstrate impact.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and drives projects forward independently.
