Meet the team behind this journey
As the Partner Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in scaling our new partner channel and ensuring operational excellence across all partner-related initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance our partner ecosystem, driving significant revenue growth. Expect to work building up/optimising across various partner types (Reseller, Channel, ISV, Marketplace)
Your responsibilities
Project Management
Lead initiatives to optimise partner operations, focusing on scalability and revenue growth, with a target of achieving 20% of total revenue from the partner channel.
Develop long-term strategies that align with the overall business objectives and enhance partner effectiveness.
Roadmap and own the project plan under the Partnerships workstream
Advanced Data Analytics:
Utilise data analytics to inform strategic decisions regarding partner performance and channel effectiveness.
Present data-driven insights to senior leadership, recommending actionable strategies for partner growth.
Change Management:
Drive change initiatives to enhance partner processes, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the partner operations function.
Engage with engineering teams, finance, legal to drive the partner channel beyond to Sales Tech stack
Mentorship & Development:
Mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.
Lead workshops and training sessions to align team skills with the evolving needs of the partner ecosystem
Qualities we look for
Experience: 7+ years in Partner Operations or Sales Operations, with a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in partner performance.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with business goals and enhance partner engagement.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing projects and leading teams in a global environment.
Advanced Tools Knowledge: Expertise in partner management, partner tools and analytics platforms, with a focus on optimising partner engagement.
Influence & Impact: Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across teams to support partner initiatives.
Even Better If You Also Have:
Experience working in a partner-facing role.
Familiarity with partner engagement tools and technologies.
