As part of the Marketing department, youβll join the Acquisition team, driving and optimising Paid Social campaigns, analysing results, and collaborating with the creative team to improve performance across markets.
You might be wondering, what will I do as a Acquisition Specialist?
- You will create and optimise performance campaigns for Meta and other Paid Social channels.
- You will manage conversion-optimised campaigns across different countries and segments.
- You will analyse and report the results of the campaigns.
- You will work closely with the creative team giving feedback on how to improve those campaigns with new creative concepts.
- You will forecast the expected results of your campaigns and work to meet those objectives.
What will make you successful as an Acquisition Specialist?
- If you have previous experience with conversion campaigns in Paid Social Media (especially at Meta).
- If you have a high level of Excel. This will be the main tool that you will be using to analyse and optimise the campaigns that you will be working on.
- If you have worked previously with any data visualisation tool. We use Tableau and Looker Studio, but if you have experience with other ones, is okay too.
- If you are capable of working with large budgets, but also able to adapt ideas to other types of budgets.
- If you have previously worked in a start-up environment, where you have had the chance to work closely with the business and be goal-oriented.
- If you have a good level of English; most of the communication will be in that language.
