App Quality Leadership:
Own the end-to-end quality assurance process for our web applications, extensions, and AI-powered features. You’ll be the expert who ensures every release maintains our high bar for quality, reliability, and user experience.
Test Authoring & Automation:
Design, write, and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts (manual & automated) for new and existing features. Champion the creation of robust automated test suites, working closely with developers to ensure critical paths are always covered.
Manual Testing Excellence:
Independently perform thorough manual testing on our apps and key user flows—every single day. You’ll explore edge cases, provide actionable bug reports, and guard against regressions that could break trust with our users.
Proactive Issue Detection:
Identify, investigate, and document defects with clear steps to reproduce. Partner with engineers to communicate bugs and their business impact, ensuring fast turnaround and continual improvement. You’ll make it your mission to spot what others miss.
Continuous Process Improvement:
Continuously optimize our QA process—whether it’s introducing smarter tooling, improving coverage, or advocating for usability best practices. We move fast and so should our QA: you’ll experiment and iterate on new testing approaches to keep pace with rapid product development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with product managers, designers, and engineers from feature inception to release—clarifying requirements, reviewing designs for testability, and ensuring we build with quality in mind from day one.
Advocate for the User:
