🚀 Your next challenge (Mission):
Cobee by Pluxee is looking for a highly motivated Account Executive Team Lead (SMEs) to help drive our next phase of growth in the HR Tech and SaaS space. This is a hybrid role where you will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Executives while also carrying your own individual quota and managing key opportunities. What you'll be doing (Key responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Carry and achieve your own sales quota, and Lead by example in pipeline management, applying our sales methodology and ensuring CRM accuracy and cleanliness.
- Support team members with deal strategy, pipeline management, and removing roadblocks to help them achieve their targets.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, provide coaching and feedback, and help onboard and train.
- Analyze sales metrics, pipeline, and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success & BDR to align go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless customer experience.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Cobee’s product offering to position value effectively with prospects and clients.
🌟 You’re a match
- 3+ years proven successful experience as an Medium Account Executive in SaaS, Fintech, or high-growth startup environments.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales processes, sales methodologies (SPICED, CHAMP) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Hands-on mentality: willing to lead by example and contribute directly to team goals.
- Desirable: Experience in HR Tech, employee benefits, or B2B solutions for HR departments.
- One year experiencie leading or mentoring peers, or a strong desire to step into a formal leadership role (Plus).

- Fluent Spanish and English (oral and written)
