Role Overview
As a Provider Outreach Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of streamlining the onboarding process for client data, ensuring efficiency and accuracy every step of the way. In our fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career, take on increasing responsibilities, and advance rapidly as we continue to expand and evolve. This role is an ideal opportunity for those seeking hands-on growth and learning experiences, offering a unique chance to thrive in our distinctive approach to personal finance.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- As a Provider Data Administrator, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and accurate collection of client data through meticulous administrative processes.
- A significant part of your role will involve daily administrative tasks, including proactively calling and emailing third-party providers such as banks and wealth managers to obtain requested client data. You will be responsible for tracking these communications and ensuring all necessary information is collected in a timely manner.
- Working under the guidance of your team leader and collaboratively with the team, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing, coordinating, and prioritising data requests lodged with providers.
- You'll also play a key role in maintaining strong internal communication, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders to keep the team informed about data collection progress
Behaviour & Culture
- We are not a big financial institution (yet!) so you will need to be solutions-led and have a proactive approach and ability to proactively seek answers.
- We would like you to have a methodical and detail-orientated approach to work.
- We embrace a flat hierarchy and ego-free environment valuing collaboration, inclusivity and mutual respect, and we would like you to share our values and have a people-centred approach.
- To excel in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and be highly responsive to inquiries and requests.
- If you thrive in an organised environment, finding satisfaction in completing tasks and ticking off lists - we’ll find the common language!
- We’re looking for an energetic self-starter, who thrives on autonomy, adept at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines with ease.
- Being confident and tenacious in your dealings with external parties, you'll be expected to represent our company professionally and effectively.
Requirements
- We expect you to be comfortable with numbers, including basic Excel and financial maths, so that you'll adeptly handle numerical data as part of your daily responsibilities. That being said, a big plus will be your proficiency in G Suite (G Sheets and G Slides).
- We want you to have a knack for identifying process efficiencies and being keen to leverage technology (we are a Tech company!) to automate tasks, driving scalability and effectiveness.
- You're someone who takes pride in getting the details right. You enjoy structure, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What's in it for you?
- Opportunity for growth in this role, encompassing both personal responsibilities and a broadened scope of impact
- Being part of an exceptional team that’s shaping the future of how people engage with their finances
- The ability to hone your skills and cultivate your craft in a genuinely outcome led, flexible, happy work environment. We have a hybrid working policy and the ability to flex your hours as you need. We are all adults, and we understand work needs to balance your personal life too.
- 25 days of annual leave per year. For 25 days each year we expect you to turn your phone off and switch off; we would never ask you to book leave for a doctor's appointment or to see your children's school plays.
- Regular team socials to help you switch off from work and get to know your colleagues in an environment away from your desk. We ensure socials are well balanced and offer a variety of activities to suit different needs so you always feel welcome.
- A welcoming, dog-friendly London office with appropriate spaces to cater for those with varying needs in the form of various breakout spaces and silent booths.
- Support for your physical health in the form of discounted access to gym groups across London
- Support for your mental health in the form of access to a wellbeing platform and up to 10 sessions of counselling
- Family friendly policies
