To support our rapid growth and future developments, we are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth, cultivating strong client relationships and expanding our institutional and professional trader client base.
Responsibilities:
- Progress inbound leads and existing institutional opportunities through the sales pipeline to closure, in close coordination with senior leadership.
- Build clear, professional client materials (decks, proposals, commercial terms) to support conversations and accelerate deal progression.
- Add structure and rigour to sales processes — pipeline tracking, internal coordination.
- Manage ongoing client relationships with a strong focus on conversion and follow-through.
- Report sales progress and key pipeline metrics to the Leadership team; continuously refine the sales process as the business scales.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in investment banking, top-tier consulting, or a similarly structured client-facing role.
- Proven ability to drive complex deals or projects to completion, with strong execution and follow-up skills.
- Excellent ability to create structured materials (presentations, proposals) and manage internal coordination.
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging with sophisticated institutional clients.
- Interest in trading, financial markets, or digital assets — crypto experience helpful; proactive and execution-oriented mindset.
