We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager, Healthcare Operations to the product organisation. You will be responsible for managing our Pharmacy, Supply Chain and Fulfilment Operations and will report to VP, Product Platform.
As the Senior Product Manager you'll work at the intersection of healthcare operations, pharmacy management, technology, and patient experience. You'll lead initiatives in inventory management, delivery optimisation, pharmacy operations, fulfilment speed and accuracy that help scale our expanding treatment offerings across multiple geographies. What you’ll be doing
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for Supply chain, pharmacy, and fulfilment systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve Operational efficiency, Reduce costs, and Enhance patient experience
Product & Process Execution
- Design and implement solutions for inventory management, fulfilment to support 100s of thousands of patients across multiple geographies.
- Optimise Pharmacy operations and processes to ensure speed, accuracy, and timely delivery of healthcare products while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Support the scale and growth of our pharmacy network to support multiple lines of business across several geographies.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Establish key metrics and goals for supply chain and pharmacy performance, including delivery times, inventory turnover, fulfillment accuracy, and patient satisfaction
- Analyse operational data & conduct user research to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
Stakeholder Management
- Drive cross-functional alignment between operations, pharmacy, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams
- Collaborate with pharmacy teams to understand the pain points and opportunities
- Work with suppliers and logistics partners to measure and improve service levels
- Partner with engineering teams to build and enhance technology platforms
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure all supply chain processes & systems comply with healthcare regulations and pharmacy operations standards
- Support audit and compliance activities related to medication handling and distribution
What we need from you
Essential Experience
- 3-5 years of product management experience, owning the vision and strategy in tech first organisations
- Experience working with data, metrics, and analytics
- Hands-on exposure to real-world operations, logistics, or fulfilment processes

- Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex operational data
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Project management experience with ability to drive initiatives from conception to delivery

Essential Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, or similar)
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, roadmapping tools)
- Understanding of API integrations and system architecture concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with telehealth or digital healthcare platforms
- Experience directly working on supply chain management systems, inventory management, or logistics platforms.
- Understanding of medication handling, storage requirements, and regulatory compliance
