We’re growing fast—in both headcount and revenue—and we’re looking for an Account Executive to join our EMEA team, focused exclusively on the Greek market. This role is crucial for driving Workable’s market share and revenue growth in Greece by building strong relationships with key decision makers and promoting our leading HR software solution across a range of industries.
As an Account Executive for Greece, you'll work a mix of inbound and outbound sales. While you’ll engage with qualified inbound leads, a key part of your success will come from your ability to proactively build pipeline through outbound efforts, including events, networking, referrals, and working with partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close for the Greek market
- Proactively source new opportunities via outbound outreach, networking events, referrals, and partner channels
- Drive sales by engaging with diverse customer personas, from Recruiters/HR Admins to HR Directors and C-level executives, and selling Workable to clients in various industries across the EMEA region
- Oversee the entire sales process, which includes negotiating pricing, assisting in business case development, and guiding prospects through their internal procurement, security, and legal processes
- Maintain accurate SFDC data for accounts, opportunities, activities, and forecasts
- Stay informed about the product roadmap, industry developments, and the competitive landscape
- Contribute to Workable’s long-term Greece strategy by providing insights on market opportunities and trends
- Leverage your curiosity, communication skills, and ambition to enhance your individual and team performance
- Proven sales experience, preferably in SaaS
- Track record in outbound sales and pipeline generation
- Strong understanding of the Greek HR landscape and the ability to build relationships with local decision makers
- A proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach
