Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with sustainability and packaging decision-makers at the world’s leading brands and manufacturers.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, helping us scale our commercial efforts and turn interest into long-term partnerships. If you’re proactive, curious, and want to grow in the B2B SaaS space with a purpose-driven company—this role is for you.
- Build and nurture relationships with target contacts from global brands and packaging suppliers
- Engage with leads from webinars, marketing campaigns, and events, and identify enterprise-level opportunities
- Craft personalized outreach messages via email and LinkedIn to start meaningful conversations
- Educate prospects on global packaging recyclability regulations, sustainability trends, and eco-fee reporting developments
- Qualify inbound leads and assess strategic fit for collaboration
- Ensure a smooth and structured handover to Account Executives and Pre-Sales Engineers
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align messaging and share customer insights
- Support campaign analysis and reporting, and continuously optimize outreach processes
Skills & Experiences
- 2–3 years of relevant experience (internships or full-time roles) in sales, marketing, business development, or similar client-facing fields
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Sustainability, Environmental Studies); a Master’s degree is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or above)
- A proactive, outgoing personality with a drive to connect with new people
- Ability to quickly understand complex topics like sustainability and SaaS, and communicate them clearly
- Curiosity, ownership, and motivation to grow in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Bonus points if you have:
- German language skills (C1 level or higher)
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital outreach platforms
