The Internship
We're seeking a motivated student or recent graduate for a hands-on internship focused on customer engagement and coaching operations support. This role offers exceptional learning opportunities within our lean, high-impact startup environment where you'll gain direct experience in customer success, sales outreach, and coaching program operations.
Working closely with our Coaching Ops lead and affiliate coaches, you'll play a vital role in re-engaging users, gathering customer insights, and supporting the smooth delivery of our coaching experiences.
What You'll Do
Customer Engagement (Primary Focus)
- Conduct proactive outreach calls to re-engage inactive users and understand their coaching journey
- Make cold calls to potential customers to introduce Bloom's coaching experience
- Schedule appointments and consultations with qualified leads for our coaching team
- Handle customer inquiries and address concerns to influence booking decisions
- Build rapport with prospects and existing users to understand their career development needs
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and engagement metrics
Coaching Operations Support
- Help maintain coaching program documentation and user progress tracking
- Assist with administrative tasks related to coaching delivery and user engagement
- Support data collection and basic reporting on coaching effectiveness
- Coordinate communication between coaching team and customers as needed to drive service improvements and new developments
What We're Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate with excellent verbal communication skills
- Natural relationship-builder with strong interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds
- Resilient attitude with ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism
- Organised and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks
- Interest in coaching, career development, or customer success
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Proactive mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
