We are looking for a QA Engineer to contribute to our mission of improving patients' health and their lives.To us, it’s more than just strong technical fundamentals.
Who you are
- You’re an experienced Quality Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in startups or scale-ups, passionate about great user experience as well as enabling the engineering teams to ship at speed with confidence.
- You enjoy partnering with engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality is part of every stage of the development lifecycle.
- You are excited about automating all aspects related to quality, and you are comfortable leveraging AI-based tools that can speed up your work.

What you will do
Build and scale quality automation systems
- Design, implement, and evolve scalable automation frameworks for web/mobile apps and services/APIs, using tools like Playwright and Appium.
- Design and run performance and load tests using tools like k6 to proactively identify bottlenecks and regressions.
- Integrate AI-driven workflows & tools to accelerate test authoring, improve coverage, speed up failure analysis and reduce maintenance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed testability and observability into application and service design.
Champion quality at every stage of the SDLC
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clear acceptance criteria, define complex test scenarios and identify edge cases.
- Monitor, triage, and track regressions and bugs, ensuring a data-driven approach to improving quality
- Integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps engineers
- Act as a quality champion for product and engineering teams, sharing knowledge, surfacing quality risks, and influencing best practices
What we’re looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in test automation for backend/web/mobile, ideally in a product-led startup or scale-up environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain stable, reliable automation frameworks using Playwright (web) and Appium (mobile)
- Experience with performance testing, test environments, and test data management
- Understanding of CI/CD, with experience integrating tests into deployment pipelines
- Hands-on experience with programming and/or scripting for building internal tools for triaging, reporting or test case management
- Ability to own the quality of features end-to-end — prioritizing test efforts based on user impact and product risk
- Strong collaboration and communication skills — clear, concise, and able to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Bonus if you have
- Built custom test tooling to improve QA velocity or insights
- Experience with AI-based QA tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Diffblue, or custom GPT-based workflows)
- Knowledge of accessibility, security, or usability testing best practices
- A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
