About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed and proactive (Jr) People & Finance Operations Manager to anchor our internal operations at Finary. In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of People administration - from onboarding and payroll to contract changes and offboarding - while supporting the Finance team with essential accounting tasks like invoice collection, reimbursements, and documentation.
Reporting to our VP Operations and working closely with our People and Finance teams, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth internal workflows, top-tier employee experience, and operational excellence. This role is an incredible opportunity to gain ownership in both HR and Finance operations within one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs.
You’d Be a Great Fit If You
Have 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or Finance Operations
Are confident managing the entire People admin lifecycle - handling onboarding, contract changes, payroll coordination, equity tracking, and offboarding with precision and care
Bring hands-on experience with collecting and organizing invoices, processing reimbursements, and supporting clean monthly accounting closures
Have exceptional attention to detail and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Are highly organized and thrive on executing multiple operational tasks efficiently and autonomously
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Are familiar with tools like Payfit, Alan, Pennylane, and Google Drive for process and document management
Take initiative and bring fresh ideas to the table - you’re not just an executor, you’re a proactive force for operational excellence
Understand the importance of discretion and can be trusted with sensitive employee and financial data
Communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally with team members and external providers
Are fluent in both French and English
