Immunology is revolutionizing medicine and we make it faster and easier by helping biologists reduce the bottleneck and dependency they face with bioinformaticians when trying to analyze their NGS data looking for insights. Our clients include Novartis, Moderna, GSK, and other innovative biotechs across the globe.
Weâve raised $10M+ from top VCs like Speedinvest and K Fund, and are now are starting to scale our GTM, so far based on inbound and founder-led. Thatâs where you come in.
Your Mission as Founding SDRYouâll work side-by-side with the CEO and COO to build the GTM outbound engine. Focused on outbound prospecting and supporting closing deals, youâll help us define and scale our entire sales motion.
Youâll be selling to scientific leadersâHeads of Immunology, Biologists or Heads of Digital Transformation. Theyâre smart, skeptical, and mission-driven. Youâll need to be sharp, science-curious, and a trusted advisor who can translate their research needs into selling points.
This is a technical consultative sale. Deep understanding of immunology isnât requiredâbut genuine interest in biology/biotech is a huge plus.

Your Responsibilities - 𧲠Build and manage the outbound pipelineâidentify leads, write outreach, land meetings
- đ§Ź Qualify prospects: understand their research needs and how platforma.bio can help
- đ§ Lead demos with biologists, Heads of Transformation, Finance, and R&D teams
- đ§ž Manage deal flow: follow-up, handle objections, close contracts
- đ Track performance in CRM and share customer insights with product and marketing
- đ Help craft our first sales playbook, messaging, and outreach strategies
- đ Grow into an AE/ Head of Sales together in parallel with our Sales engine
Who weâre looking for - 2â5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (bonus: scientific or data platforms)
- Native or bilingual English (most sales conversations will be in English)
- Experience with outbound or full-cycle salesâpipeline creation is key
- Deep curiosity about biology, immunology, or biotech
- Sharp communicator with confidence in front of scientists and technical teams
- Self-starter, motivated by autonomy and ownership
- Comfortable in early-stage chaosâyou figure things out and build structure
