Your Mission:
- Inbound Logistics planning & coordination – Plan and oversee the receiving, storage, and movement of incoming goods. Collaborate with Buying, Stock, and outbound teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
- Supplier, Buying & WH teams Collaboration – Communicate with suppliers and the buying team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries and address any issue related to inbound flow (delivery issues, damaged goods, or supplier delays…)
- Process Optimization – Improve inbound workflows to enhance WH process efficiency, space and handling management and reduce delays. Collaborate with the Buying team to define and implement new delivery terms and logistics formats.
- System & Data Management – Maintain accurate records in ERP/WMS systems.
- Reporting & KPIs - Track inbound performance metrics (lead times, receiving accuracy, etc.) and prepare regular reports and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
What we’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2–5 years in inbound logistics, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
- Know-How: Understanding of supply chain processes, inbound logistics, stock control, and supplier coordination.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP, WMS).
- Language: Fluent english (written and spoken) is required to ensure effective communication with internal teams and international partners.
