As part of the People team, you will focus on the Labor and HR Administrative area while maintaining a close relationship with the Talent and Development team.
What will be your challenge?
- Execution of the complete payroll cycle: payroll, social security and reporting to the financial department.
- Social Security procedures, (registrations, cancellations, data variations).
- Experience with employment contracts, extensions, terminations, leaves of absence, reductions in working hours, etc.
- Management of temporary incapacity and accident reports.
- Making of Social Security settlements.
- Labour and Human Resources consultancy for employees and managers (queries, requests, etc.).
- Relationship and cooperation with the Works Committee
- Collaboration in the definition and implementation of Human Resources Policies on Labour Compliance and PRL.
What will make you succeed?
- Degree in Law, Labour Relations, Administration, HR or similar.
- At least 2 years of demonstrable experience performing the complete cycle of payroll and social security management.
- Advanced level of English, spoken and written.
- Experience in FOKE payroll software will be a plus.
- Experience in international environments would be an asset
