Job Description
In your role as Senior CRM Manager you will take end-to-end ownership of a specific, high-value customer lifecycle segment. Your strategic initiatives will be directly connected to key business metrics, including customer base growth, churn reduction, increased repeat purchase rates, and revenue uplift from reactivation efforts.
You'll also manage a significant 5-digit monthly budget with autonomy, deploying resources strategically to drive success. Together with Product, Marketing Tech, and Customer Insights teams you will work to create seamless customer journeys, ensuring your insights and recommendations directly inform broader product development and marketing initiatives.
In this journey, you will partner closely with C-level stakeholders and leadership from Local Marketing, Growth, Creative, Data, Commercial, and Engineering.
This role requires a deep understanding of CRM tools (ex. Segment, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce…), data analysis (comfortable with SQL, GSheets, BigQuery and Looker are a big plus), technical infrastructure (ex. webhooks, APIs, HTML email & in-app templates), and customer behavior (retail, e-commerce or experience working with subscriptions are a big plus).
Qualifications
- You have 5+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, subscriptions or grocery delivery industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies and lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BigQuery, GSheets, Looker…)
- Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Segment, or similar
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously -
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
