Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Recruiter you will:
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
- Support the full recruitment cycle - focused on consistently open roles roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive process improvements
- Utilize inbound and outbound recruitment strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Track and analyze key metrics related to talent acquisition to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with:
- 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment or startup
- Basic understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in German or another European language is a plus
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
