Why this role?
Build and own the engine of growth – As Head of Demand Generation, you’ll take full ownership of our pipeline generation strategy across all channels, nurturing leads across the entire funnel and innovating at every touchpoint.
Design from scratch – Be the architect of our Digital, ABM & Field Marketing, building them from the ground up with bold experimentation and creative thinking.
Drive global impact – Lead a high-performing, international team that thrives on testing, iterating, and scaling what works — and isn’t afraid to challenge the norm.
Collaborate across functions – Partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to align demand generation initiatives with broader go-to-market and revenue goals.
What you’ll do
Own Shapr3D’s pipeline generation goals end-to-end across paid and organic channels — including rigorous monitoring, reporting, and optimization.
Lead the demand generation strategy, from top-of-funnel awareness through to conversion and lead nurturing.
Develop and launch our ABM function from the ground up — aligning with sales and product marketing for enterprise impact.
Own and execute our field marketing strategy, both virtual and in-person, supporting regional and global campaigns.
Spearhead PLG paid campaigns, experimenting with growth loops and conversion funnels to drive high-quality self-serve and sales-led demand.
Champion a culture of experimentation, innovation, and outside-the-box thinking,
constantly testing new ideas and pushing boundaries.
Manage and mentor a global demand generation team, driving clarity, accountability, and high performance.
Collaborate seamlessly with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to co-own messaging, campaigns, and conversion strategy.
What you’ll bring
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including enterprise campaigns and funnel optimization.
Proven success owning pipeline and revenue metrics in a SaaS environment.
Experience building and executing ABM and event strategies from scratch.
A huge plus if you’ve worked at a PLG company.
Hands-on expertise in paid media, CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing global teams and driving results across cultures and time zones.
A deeply collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional settings.
A balance of data-driven thinking and creative experimentation.
