Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.
We want you as a talented Logistics Intern to help us in our mission by ensuring the seamless flow of materials and equipment essential for the development and deployment of our space technologies.
Key responsibilities:
In your capacity as a Logistics Intern, your role will be continuously evolving, but day to day your duties will include:
Supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of components for Nyx.
Maintaining ERP systems (Odoo) to track supplies and avoid shortages or excess.
Supporting all activities in our ERP Inventory system (data cleanliness, data upload (delivery notes), data input).
Assisting in setting up and refining logistics processes to support the scalability of capsule production.
Communicating with external logistics service providers, such as transportation (DHL, UPS) vendors and customs brokers.
What we would love to see from you:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Competence in using modern warehouse management software and systems.
A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and technologies.
A team player mindset with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

A valid forklift license or experience with other warehouse machinery are a plus.
