Our Growth team is seeking a Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) to support our rapidly growing inbound sales motion. You will be instrumental in converting, qualifying and advising leads, ensuring Finance leaders engaging with Moss have a high-value, consultative first experience.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—perfect for someone who is commercially curious, passionate about engaging with prospects, and eager to help shape a high-impact function in its early stages.
You'll be coached and supported by a high-performing team and empowered to drive improvements in how we engage with inbound demand from top to bottom of the funnel.
Your responsibilities
Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:
Qualify inbound leads progress leads by responding to buying signals, running targeted qualification, and guiding them towards the next step in the sales process.
Deliver value from the first interaction by demonstrating strong product understanding and tailoring conversations to each lead’s context.
Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth and high-quality handover of qualified opportunities into the sales cycle.
About you
We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:
You have initial experience in a sales related role, focused on acquisition
You are fluent in both German (C2) and English (C1)
