At SellerX, we’re building the next generation of consumer brands and reshaping our business to set it up for long-term success. Now we’re looking for our new Chief of Staff (x/f/m) to join our journey.

In Detail you will:
Shape the strategy – Partner with the CEO and C-suite to lead high-impact strategic and operational priorities, including portfolio strategy, M&A, and long-term planning.
Lead projects end-to-end – Own cross-functional initiatives from design to delivery, ensuring execution excellence.
Enable growth – Work closely with commercial teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and accelerate performance.
Deliver insights – Conduct ad-hoc analyses with imperfect data to uncover trends and develop actionable recommendations.
Drive alignment – Lead central goal-setting processes (e.g., OKRs), design and facilitate executive meetings, and ensure the organization stays focused on priorities.
Own the narrative – Craft compelling board materials, investor updates, and internal communications that build clarity, alignment, and trust.
What will help you thrive:
Experience – 6–10 years total, including at least 3 years in top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney, or equivalent), investment banking, or private equity.
Leadership exposure – Proven track record working directly with senior executives and influencing decision-making at the highest level.
Domain insight – Background in e-commerce or consumer brands strongly preferred; alternatively, experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving – Exceptional analytical and structured thinking skills; ability to work with ambiguity and distill complexity into actionable plans.
Execution skills – Hands-on project and change management experience, delivering complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
Communication – Outstanding written and verbal skills; able to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
Emotional intelligence – Skilled at building trust, adapting to different styles, and managing stakeholder effectively.
Adaptability – Stays proactive, positive, and solutions-focused when priorities shift.
