ABOUT THE ROLE
Tide is seeking a Senior ASO Manager to drive our mobile marketing and App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategy for iOS and Android apps across multiple locales. You will be a key part of the Marketing Acquisition Team, responsible for delivering impactful ASO results through user acquisition strategies. This role is ideal for you if you have a proven track record of developing and executing successful ASO strategies that drive measurable results, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is constant and pace of delivery is crucial.
As a Senior ASO Manager, you will be:
- Owning our apps across all markets on the App Store and Play Store.
- Working with our external agency to execute ASO strategies to enhance app visibility, increase downloads, and improve conversion rates.
- Optimising metadata, including titles, descriptions & keywords.
- Lead keyword optimisation (KWO) projects to improve app & product discoverability across markets, tailoring strategies to multiple languages and audiences.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to ensure alignment between ASO strategies and broader digital marketing efforts, including keyword alignment, CPP, & CPL tests
- Working with our design team to prepare and refresh visual assets
- Running A/B tests on store assets
- Drive mobile innovation by staying up-to-date with the latest ASO trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Conducting competitor analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
- Coordinating with the wider marketing team to align ASO efforts with new product releases and promotions.
- Ensuring internal documentation and knowledge bases are regularly updated.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
What makes you a great fit:
- You have a minimum of 4 years’ experience managing ASO on the App Store and Google Play.
- You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful ASO strategies that deliver measurable results.
- You are highly analytical and experienced in using ASO and app performance tools such as AppTweak, AppFlyer, SensorTower, Splitmetrics, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console.
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ASO results into clear & actionable insights.
- You are a proficient cross-functional collaborator, able to work seamlessly with performance marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams.
- You also have a strong understanding of paid media, which allows you to create a cohesive strategy where both channels complement each other to drive long-term, scalable growth.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and prioritisation skills.
