We’re looking for a proactive and versatile People Executive to play a key role across our employee lifecycle. In this generalist role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people-related for India, from attracting and hiring exceptional talent, to supporting onboarding, driving engagement, managing our office, and ensuring a positive employee experience. You’ll partner closely with the People Manager to build an inclusive, high-performing culture, while ensuring our people processes are efficient, compliant, and human-focused.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Onboarding & Integration: Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences to help new hires settle in quickly and feel part of the team from day one.
- Employee Experience & Engagement: Partner with the People Manager & Line Managers to drive initiatives that enhance team engagement, performance, wellbeing, and inclusion. You’ll manage our office spaces in Bangalore & Pune to ensure they’re fit for purpose, and well maintained.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, manage contracts and documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. You'll work closely with our Finance Team on monthly payroll changes. Experience with Hibob (HRIS), TeamTailor (ATS) & GreytHR (Payroll) is preferred.
- Performance & Development: In partnership with the People Manager, support our performance review processes, track development plans, and support learning opportunities across the business.
- Talent Acquisition: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from writing job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and supporting hiring decisions. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter would be helpful!
- Culture & Values: Champion our company values in everything you do, helping to nurture a positive, high-performing culture.
- Continuous Improvement: Review and refine people processes, policies, and tools to improve efficiency and employee experience.
ABOUT YOU:
- You’ve done this before: You have proven experience in a People/HR generalist or Talent role, covering multiple stages of the employee lifecycle. Ideally around 2-3 years worth of experience. Experience with a FinTech/Payments or Scaleup would be helpful.
- You know what good looks like: You have a strong understanding of HR best practices, Indian employment legislation/labour law, and recruitment processes.
- You're a great communicator: You are able to communicate complexity with clarity and have the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
- You’re in the detail: You are highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re a problem solver: You proactively problem-solve with a continuous improvement mindset.
