Our Paid Social channels are critical to generating high-quality leads and scaling our B2B funnel. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Paid Social Manager (f/m/d) to take full ownership of these channels, combining creativity, precision, and a data-driven mindset to deliver measurable impact.
Your responsibilities
Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:
Own and scale Moss’ Paid Social channels end-to-end — primarily Meta Ads (incl. Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Develop B2B-focused paid social strategies to reach CFOs, finance leaders, and decision-makers across DACH, Benelux, and the UK.
Design and execute campaigns targeting full-funnel growth — from awareness to lead conversion.
Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to continuously improve CTR, CPL, and MQL quality.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and messaging tailored to B2B audiences.
Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Analytics to align campaigns with revenue goals and track performance impact.
Continuously research competitor strategies, market trends, and new paid social features to stay ahead.
About you
We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:
Proven Paid Social experience in B2B — SaaS and / or FinTech a strong plus
Strong experience in ABM (Account-Based-Marketing)
You have used the newest AI technologies & tools to improve the performance of our paid social campaigns

Creative and data-driven – You combine a strong eye for ad creative with a data-first approach. You know how to brief and test different formats, messages, and visuals — and let the numbers guide the next iteration.
Curious and proactive – You stay on top of paid social trends, platform updates, and new AI-powered targeting or optimisation tools. You’re eager to test new formats, audiences, and bidding strategies before they go mainstream.
Commercially minded – You understand how paid social drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline in a B2B context. You optimise for the metrics that matter — from lead quality to demo bookings — not just vanity metrics.
Execution-driven – You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You ship campaigns quickly, refine based on results, and are comfortable running multiple experiments at once while keeping performance high.
