Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

As part of our CRM Marketing Team, you’ll dive into the world of digital marketing and get hands-on experience with tools like Braze. You’ll help us connect with medical residents in the US and learn how to plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel campaigns in an international, fast-growing company. Think of this role as your chance to explore CRM marketing from every angle, all while working alongside supportive teammates who are excited to share their knowledge.
You will:
Support the planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app).
Assist in campaign setup in Braze and help with testing and quality checks.
Prepare performance reports and support analysis to see what works best.
Conduct market research to help us tailor campaigns for different international audiences.
Collaborate with different teams (e.g. Product, Design, Data) and learn from our experienced marketing professionals.
You bring:
You are currently enrolled as a student at a university in Germany.
You’re available for 20 hours per week and able to be part of our team for one year.
You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
You bring a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
Ideally, you’ve already had prior experience in digital marketing and are curious about CRM campaigns.
Experience in multi-channel CRM environments (mobile/email/web) is a plus.
Bonus points if you’ve already used marketing tools like Braze or Hubspot — but don’t worry if not, we’ll help you learn quickly!
