You will sit within the Product Department, reporting directly to the VP of Product.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the existing design team (5 persons) to maximize impact, fostering problem-first mindsets and customer-centered approaches.
- Establish end-to-end design strategy that considers user experiences across all touchpoints, from initial discovery to ongoing platform engagement.
- Champion problem-discovery approaches, ensuring the team deeply understands customer challenges before exploring design solutions.
- Drive design operations excellence by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and leveraging tools to maximize team impact.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering and Growth teams to translate complex B2B sustainability requirements into simple, actionable interfaces.
- Build and evolve Sweep's design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the platform.
- Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation, encouraging experimentation, user research, and continuous learning within the team.
- Measure and communicate design impact through metrics that demonstrate how design drives customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
