Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our growing tech team and lead agile delivery in a fully on-site capacity at our London headquarters. You will play a crucial role in facilitating bi-weekly sprint cycles, supporting cross-functional squads, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
Team Coaching: Guide and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the bridge between engineering and business teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Impediment Removal: Actively work to identify and resolve obstacles that impact team performance.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine Agile workflows to improve team velocity and quality.
Release Coordination: Manage bi-weekly release cycles, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and deployment standards.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in a Scrum Master role within fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Key Skills:
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Expertise with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in fintech or supply chain software is a plus.
