Role Overview
We’re hiring for our first Revenue Operations leader, a hands-on, strategic Senior Manager who will build and scale our RevOps function from 0 to 1. You will be a critical partner to our sales, marketing, and operations teams, responsible for building infrastructure, driving accountability, and enabling efficient, data-driven growth across the funnel. At Fero we’re changing the infrastructure the drinks industry runs on and we’re looking for someone who can help make change happen and drive revenue to our business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and Own Revenue Operations Infrastructure
Design and implement sales processes, from lead sourcing, generation to closed-won
Own and optimise our CRM (HubSpot) setup for data integrity, reporting, and usability
Set up and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadence for pipeline health and performance
2. Drive Sales Team Performance and Accountability
Run pipeline and forecast meetings to improve visibility and conversion. Forecast accuracy is a key metric we want to improve.
Implement mechanisms to track rep activity, funnel conversion, and quota attainment
Develop and manage commission structures in collaboration with leadership
3. Strategic Insight & Execution
Partner with GTM leadership to identify blockers, friction points, and opportunities
Provide actionable insights to improve performance, shorten sales cycles, and drive revenue
Support planning, target setting, and performance management processes
4. (Nice to Have) Enablement & Onboarding
Help onboard new sales team members with clear playbooks, documentation, and training
Roll out tools, templates, and resources to support reps and improve ramp time
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
Hands-on experience with HubSpot required
Proven ability to build RevOps from scratch – systems, processes, and reporting
Deep understanding of sales pipelines, metrics, and B2B SaaS revenue models
Strong analytical mindset and experience working closely with sales leaders
Comfortable owning and managing commission plans and performance metrics
Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
High accountability, bias for action, and thrives in a startup environment
